Things are coming Along...!
Hey There Everyone!
Things are definitely coming together the real countdown is beginning... Everyone is excited and getting ready for the trip! It is about time to start looking for airfare to Belize city, and contacting the Resort for our Reservations. We will be reserving only a few rooms for immediate family, seeing as there is no way of knowing the exact amount of people who will be coming down to the resort with us this far in advance, however everyone who is planning on coming will have to email Chabil Mar Villas to reserve their room at the resort, as well and let them know how many days they will be staying. (The deposit on the rooms for Immediate family will only be a two-day deposit, just to secure the rooms for the wedding night and the day/night before.) It is going to be a first-come, first-serve basis... remember, there are 19 spacious villas, but there is no way of knowing how many other people may come and reserve rooms at the resort and stay during the time we will be there.) Also don't forget to say you are coming to the wedding of Brent and Lindsay for the discount. (one free night/10%)
In other news... The wedding dress will be expected to arrive in March, so it should be coming in any day now! The Bridesmaids will be getting together and going dress and shoe shopping ... let the hunt begin! The groom and groomsmen will be starting their search for their casual suits in the next few weeks as well... We are not too worried about color matching, but the main color of the event will be Light Blue. Bridesmaid dresses will be light blue and lime green. Some of the ideas being thrown around for the groomsmen will be (in a lightweight fabric) ... light grey casual suits, and light blue shirts/accents. Others may wear beige, white, or any other color, although we might suggest avoiding black, as the weather could get into the 90's. Seeing as it will be in July in the Tropics, we are not requiring jackets, but it is completely up to your style preference. This will be a "Barefoot Wedding" so it's okay to take our shoes off and rolls our sleeves up (if you are in fact wearing a long sleeve shirt)... and have a little more fun than you might expect at a 'fancy' wedding!
